When I immediately came up with the idea, I decided to launch Process Hacker. When it launched, I thought about the winlogon.exe process. It seemed to me like a Windows login, but in fact it's not just that, because it's responsible for the themes in the system. That's why I edited and changed the values: in some hex parts, I entered Protection with WCX addresses and removed the RX address from the Memory category and repeated which ones were available. Then I went to Threads and deleted most of them, at times when I deleted one, the process did not survive and had to be restarted. So I fired it up again and continued doing it. I tested several Windows programs and third-party programs, and I was surprised that the classic style returned, as well as system dialogues (probably from Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, XP, Vista and 7), a change in the display time of menu contexts and a smaller rectangle than in the modern one from Windows 10 and 11. The system didn't even log out (it survived). I think it's a matter of removing theme-related Threads, and the system itself uses the Aero theme. It's the same when you finish a task using Windows Task Manager or Process Hacker. This brings back the classic theme, but logs you out immediately. It detected that the process was interrupted unexpectedly by the user. The first option that is presented is this classic theme until you log out. The second one is short-lived and logs you out immediately.
