Hi,
This is not about reverting from New Outlook app to the old "classic" one. I know how to do that and already have. Those tutorials are all over the web:
My problem is I have been using the web version of outlook.live mail (whatever that is called) NOT the apps, but I accidentally installed the new app and then reverted to classic app on my win 11 Professional laptop while trying to find the settings to export my accounts to pst files so I can migrate to a new mail service. BUT, Somehow in the process of my carelessley clicking things, the outlook app appears to have "embedded" itself permanently into my firefox browser on the laptop and now it will require activation in 5 days (Tues Oct 14th) "to keep using my outlook email without interrruption!" So it appears they're forcing me to pay now unless this is just a spurious dialog I can ignore or I can somehow undo all this mess and get back to the regular web version! It's even taken over my firefox on win 7 desktop! Is there a registry edit I can do etc...
Sorry for the timing on this, but I need to have Outlook forwarding my mail to the new service until I get it all setup - probably a lot more time. Guess I could've planned this out better.
Also what are some decent quality pst to mbox converters out there?
Thanks!
