Ricoh Printer not working anymore under Win11

Kudos to you for perseverance, many would have given up and replaced it by now.
I have to admit that if it was my printer I would have taken outside and given it a flying lesson.

Sorry, My dog got me side tracked. Here's the link to the Ricoh drivers. SP 204SF/SP 204SFN Downloads | Ricoh Global
Edit. I clicked the link and it goes to the printer driver even though I was on the scanner driver page. You have to click on the scanner link.
It did not work unfortunately, but i just can use my phone to pdf document. I will keep my eyes open if i see a bargain for a new printer eventually, or maybe Microsoft will release an update later on. Thanks for all the help

In the printer properties, is there an advanced tab? Often there can be multiple drivers in the list in that properties>advanced tab, in a drop-down around the middle of the window. You might try switching to an alternate driver if available.

If not, are you able to add it as a network printer or is it USB only? (If USB only is it assigned the wrong com port?).

If its possible to setup as network, you can probably add it manually as a TCP/IP port

Thanks, I have tried all the other port but none have managed to bring the scanner back on. What I may do is to reconnect the printer with my old PC and go to the printer properties and see how it is setup

If it were simply a driver you needed I would suggest using DoubleDriver to pull it from the old system
Download Double Driver - MajorGeeks

But sounds like its an 11 compatibility issue, which you have exhausted most options I would try, other than maybe trying a generic ricoh driver on the advanced tab for USB
