Robocopy

Does anyone know if I can use robocopy command to move a folder / file from main C drive to windows sandbox ?
I know there was a issue with speed transfer with windows H2HH.but thought that was fixed? I still seem to have slower transfer speed with just copy and paste.how would you type it in .both being C drive? Thanks

would be suitable for you?

You cannot copy it directly, but you can copy it to the host shared folder.
