Solved RUN from Start button doesn't show or remember

This happened in W10 once but don't remember a fix for it. I have to enter a run command every time as it doesn't remember it. I don't remember many so it's a problem.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced
Dword Value needs to be 1 for Start_TrackProgs to get that run history back.
No need to restart as it's not in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT hive.
