OS
Windows 11
Ubuntu 25.04 working under wsl2. Save As dialog box always too wide and too high to enter file name and file type. For example, if I open a LibreOffice document running under WSL/Ubuntu 25.04, the dialog box is too tall to see the spot to enter the file name. This also occurs with other common programs such as Shotwell photo viewer/.

How does one fix this?

Thank you,

John

One thing I do in such a situation is use Ctrl key and + or - to resize the contents of the windows. Also works with Ctrl key and the scroll wheel to resize.

Thank you very much, Berton, for your help. I agree with you fully. Your suggestion for changing window size works as you described for a Firefox window, Also, it works for a window containing a document being edited with LibreOffice. Where it does not work under LibreOffice is in the "save as" dialog boxes. This also applies to "save as" dialog boxes in Evolution. John

Don't know about Evolution but I get this in LibreOffice Writer, the data entered for the file name can be longer and expands to the right as more characters are entered:
