I have searched, pardon the pun, on how to get rid of Time in Madrid !!!!!! And This day in history when all I want is a damn blank search box as I always have cortana etc off. Half of the reason is that I might be able to help someone else with negating what Mr Gates thinks I should have; I mean come on, why do I want time in Madrid????

Please tell me you aren't using that search box like its google xD
Upon 2nd look, i have the on this day in history thing, But in nearly a year of win11, Ive never clicked on the search box lol

If I press Win+S, I get the suggested stuff..., if I just click on Start and start typing, I don't.

I used the reg option and it works. Devlin: I do mountains of web hobby work and am constantly searching both inside my pc and outside for items. I have used the same methods since Noah docked - it works
