I have a gripe and I hope there's a solution.
I want to do a Windows search. If a folder matches the search criteria I want it displayed but not the contents of the folder unless they too match the criteria.
Example: I search my pictures for "Brad". I get well over 1000 results but most results do not have "Brad" in the filename.
Why? Because I have folders that have Brad in the folder name and Windows show the contents of those folders even though they don't have Brad in the filename.
I don't know if the programmers thought it would be great to have thousands and thousands of results but NO that's not better. I have to weed through all those results at a waste of time.
How do I get better search results??? Putting quotes doesn't help.
