Whenever i boot up my laptop im getting the box below, anyone know who to stop it appearing on startup?

You have something configured to open on start up called "Sean" and Windows doesn't know how to open it.
You can start by checking in the 'Startup Apps' tab with in the task manager or use something like
autoruns from sysinternals to track down what 'Sean' is.
