Sorry , not solved (yet) .
Its the sequence of the right-click items , looks like this ; Open with ; Films and TV
Photos
Mediaplayer
MPC
PDVD21
Windows Mediaplayer

This is for the mp4-extension , I want to have it look like this ; Open with ; MPC
Photos
PDVD21
Mediaplayer
Films and TV
Windows Mediaplayer

Looks much better , dont you think ?

But , HOW (??) to get it like this .............??

Hmmm..., don't know! Mine are in alphanumerical order!

When I can't figure it out, I create my own entries in the ROOT.
(Cascading sub-menus are a pita anyway!)

I see ........why not " Open with " and all this software in a submenu , then one " Open with" ..........
Not easy to chance the " standard " alphabetic sequence ............I wont give up searching/trying anyway !

Too clumsy! I only want to right click once and have all choices front and center. I don't care how lengthy the menu is. (Mainly for images)
