Yes, the same no matter how I access the Settings. The only way I can use part of it is if I got to Sound settings or Internet Settings from Icons lower right on Task Bar, still can't get to Accounts or Home setting, they still disappear.

I thought I replied, sorry, I can only get into Settings by using the Sound Settings access from lower right of TaskBar, also Internet settings works. However Accounts and Home won't work, the whole page disappears.
