No point installing Pro if:

- Not using Remote Desktop
- Not using Sandbox
- Not using Group Policies
- etc...

Gaming has little relevancy here for either one, stick to Home version.

Your not going to get any performance advantages so I recommend saving money and going with Home. You can always update to Pro later if you feel the need.
