for over a year and a half or more I was getting
2,300Mbps download and 295Mbps upload speeds...
Comcast has been giving me excuses these days..
the issue is I am missing 1 of 2 DOCSIS 3.1 channels the deliver the higher speeds.

and I just checked Fidium fiber.. not in Dover yet. at my address.

My internet is $115/month and $58/month for mobile.

Here's a shot of my finished Network Enclosure before I put the door on it. It was a LOT of work, but it was SO worth it!

Nah, I'm just some guy (gearhead-engineer type) that likes to do things right, does a LOT of research and pays attention to ALL the details. For the record I pulled 838' of CAT6, including 2 pulls of 4-cable bundles from the attic to basement of my two-story colonial. I sure was glad I had those 2" PVC Conduits installed from the attic to the basement (one LV & one AC) when I built the house so I could re-wire it at will. I might be a little OCD too!
