Ok, I got curious and decided to try out the portable version of your little app. Course I have WinRE boot menus to navigate on my machines which add time to the boot process since I have to select the OS or wait on the timer to count down but thought one item of note was interesting on all three of my machines, the App - Microsoftwindows Crossdevice : 28.32% is the most time consuming for all three.

That use to be me as well but now I dual boot Win-7 and 11 so I'm going back and forth between them every day or so or multiple times a day. If I was not always reading these Forum posts I would probably stay in Win-7 a LOT longer because Win-7 is snappier with everything it does. When I dual booted Win-10 I never used it except to do my taxes because that was the only reason I installed it.
