I tried to sign in to Win11 And got a message that my computer was shut down too much & I must wait 2 hours before I can login again. Any way to get around this Microsoft BS? I had to wait the two hours before I could get on.

Surely the message was that there had been too many unsuccessul login attempts on your MSAccount?
Did you keep a picture of the dialog?
