Is There Any Percentage Of Risk Of Changes In Data Except Windows Directories Through 'Fix Problems Using Windows Update' Option In System>Recovery

After the restart was uac still slow? After reboot memory usuage looks ok.
If it was above 93% before reboot that could cause slowness issues.

In Average, It Doesn't Exceed 53 In Normal Use, 67 At Maximum
