I have a Dell Optiplex 9030 all in one running Windows 11 Pro missing sm bus controllers I've downloaded loaded latest chipset drivers

My old Dell 3847 PC that I use had the same thing show up in device manager. I just went to the Dell site for that PC, and downloaded and installed the chipset driver from there. When I went to install it, I received a flag that the latest one was already installed, do you want to install this driver anyway. I said yes, and when I installed it and rebooted, it now doesn’t show up in device manager as something to be installed. I guess it liked the manufacturer version better than the Windows 11 version.
