To be clear I'm reading your post correctly, are you saying you installed a release preview update successfully and then installed driver updates that removed the release preview update?
OR
Are you saying you installed a release preview update successfully. You then updated drivers which BROKE the changes of the update?

I'm not saying updating a driver can't change the effect of this kind of update, just saying I can't see the connection. If you suspect it to be so, rollback the drivers to the older version or uninstall the update if it is still installed to see if there is a direct connection to the driver update or.... a coincidence..

I cannot see the correlation here either.

Was there a reason for the Realtek update?
Did you do it manually or did windows install this update?

Updated drivers which BROKE the changes of the update.
But it back after restart after 1 hour.

I uninstall the two drivers but I didn't see any change. After 1 hour turn on PC, it's back.

Always best to reboot before taking any actions, just to be sure that it wasn’t just a reboot that was needed.

I think I will not update Realtek audio/LAN drivers after making clean install of 22631.3235. This is a decision of WU.
There is no reason to update driver if it work.
