Some services won't start at boot

Windows install is about 24 hours old (second try), and at a random time the boot is VERY slow. Looking at the log, I can see, that these services is not starting (it waits 45000 miliseconds with each):
service server, Web Threat Defense Service, Diagnosticeringssystemvært, SSDP, BluetoothUserService_c0507, CDPUserSvc_c0507
but if I wait until the boot is finally over, I can start all these manually in "services". Next boot the error is there again. I thought it was a faulty installation, so I started from scratch again. After a lot of reboots in normal speed during installation of drivers, office aso, suddently the error is back again!

Any ideas what to do?

If it's truly a Windows Service, you can set how you want it to start, but....
You'll need to RUN > Services.msc to open the Services app, and then scroll down to the service you're looking for.
Then Right Click on the Service, then click "Properties" and then "Startup Type" .
Then select how you want the service to start. You're probably wanting "Automatic".
Save and exit.
Reboot!

Now that service should start when you first boot up the PC.

Yes, I know, and most of theese services is in fact marked af Automatic or automatic(late start). It is windows services, but something stops them from starting at boot even they stands Automatic.

The dependency of the service can stop it from starting, that is why i have provided you solution to restore Windows 11 services to their default startup type.

Again, yes I know, and I have tried to restore to default startup types, but they still don't start at boot. But I can start them manually after the looooong bootsequence has finished! And remember, this is on a windows install only about 12 hours old, so it is very minor what has been done outside windows own updating, and official driveropdates

They might have a clue, if they read my first post. I wrote, that some services don't start automatic at boot. But after a long boottime, I could start them manually. That's why I assumed, that people would know, that I'm aware of the program services.msc (and how to use the simple things in it). Btw it seems like #7 nailed it. After having done this, I have not seen any long boottimes. But time will tell if it continues to work :-)

EDIT: But you're right. I apologize for the somewhat blunt answers

Now the error is back again. But it is deeper than I thought. I will start a new thread in "Installation, Updating and Activation", as the problem is already at first WU.
