Sporadic BSOD. Seems to be random.

Hi everyone,

Lately, my Lenovo E15 laptop has been blue screening. It seems to be random. I have attached the V2 logger file below -

My laptop is around 2.5/3 years old. If any more info is required I will post it.

I reset the PC a few months ago (around 2), so I'm on a newer install.

Most of the V2 files were missing.

Please uninstall any of these non-Microsoft software:

a) antivirus
b) firewall
c) drive encryption

Post a new V2 share link.

3) The BIOS Version/Date LENOVO R16ET38W (1.24 ), 1/06/2023

Check the Lenovo website to see if there is an upgrade from 1.24 > 1.26

4) Search for C:\Windows\memory.dmp > save to downloads folder > zip > post a separate share link
(only post if it zipped)

Hi,

I ran Tuneup plus and have shared a folder with the log file. The same goes for the memory dmp file. I also uninstalled Glasswire and performed a BIOS update. The BIOS now says 1.26.

Please reinstall these drivers:

iaStorAC.sys (Intel chipset)
secnvme.sys (Samsung NVMe Controller)

If there are no BSOD or unexpected shutdowns or restarts after 48 hrs then you can reinstall Bitdefender or Glasswire or continue using Microsoft defender.

I cannot find the driver for this at all. The driver on the Lenovo website is from 2020. What should I do?
