Solved StartAllBack v3.6.3 “Enable” instructions are wrong

In the ‘Advanced’ section “To enable program again, go to Control Panel - StartAllBack” text is meaningless. If one opens Control Panel there is no reference to StartAll Back except in the ‘Uninstall a program’ list. See photos.

Can anyone explain better than SAB how to enable the program again? Maybe step-by-step instructions?

Thank you. . If only SAB had stated that one needs to click on 'Appearance and Personalisation' or open the 'All Control Panel Items' window to see SAB.
