Solved strange noise of pc

i get this noise off the pc when i open a file just a single noise but it makes more sound like the audio attached when passmark is scanning the system before a benchmark.
just wondering is it normal.

I could be wrong, it's a bit difficult to tell from just that clip, but it almost sounds like electrical interference.

By any chance, are your speakers connected via an analog connection rather than a digital connection? If you have the option available to you, try as a test connecting to speakers via a digital connection to see if it still happens. Another option would be to try playing audio through your monitor as a test, if you are not doing so already, but make sure to use a digital connection such as playing the audio through your HDMI or DisplayPort connection.

it is not coming from speaker i recorded that at the front of my pc case

i have speaker but the sound it is coming from the case and yes i think it could be one of the hard drives just was curious

just abit strange as the hard drives were showing 0 percent usage when the noise occurred

I've never checked HDD usage when the drive is being woken from sleep. It definitely makes noise then.
