Stream Windows PC audio to iphone

Does anybody know how to stream audio from a Windows PC to an iphone.

I am not looking for an itunes type solution where you can play music or video files and stream to an iphone.

I am looking for a solution that will retain video on pc but stream sound to iphone e.g. watch netflix on large screen but route sound to iphone so I can listen via my hearing aids.

There is an android solution AudioRelay that works great but I cannot find a decent iphone solution.

Mirroring solutions like Teamviewer are no use as they play the sound on pc and iphone. If you mute sound on pc, sound is muted on iphone.

Anybody have a working solution?

Even Asinine Imbecile searches are garbage not understanding what I am trying to do.

I have an Android smartphone, but I use a similar solution to stream videos from my PC to the smartphone, so I can watch whatever I want without copying the files in the phone. At first I used Plex, but now they decided to charge when watching over the internet (watching in the same network is still free), so I switched to Jellyfin. This has the same functionality, meaning there is a server application to install on the host computer (there are both Windows and Mac versions) and a client application for PC, Mac, Android, iPhone and some smart TVs to watch the videos. It can stream videos, photos and audio files. See their website for details. One disadvantage compared to Plex is that is doesn't have a cloud login, meaning you need to use your public IP address to connect outside home, provided you have enabled port forwarding on your modem-router. This is a little too advanced for a novice to do, but anyway. To avoid using your public IP address, you can use a Dynamic DNS service to automatically keep track of your public IP and connect using a friendly URL.

As I said, I only want to stream audio but not video. Lots of solutions to stream both.

If I stream audio to phone, I can listen to phone via hearing aids which is far superior to listening to tinny audio from pc.

As yet, most hearing aids will not connect to a pc (phonak are an exception using full bluetooth but it is much more battery intensive than BT low energy solutions).

If you see Jellyfin features, it can stream music as well. The difference is you see a music icon on screen instead of video while listening to the music. I don't think there is a music only application. If you are at the same network you might be able to share the music folder on the Mac and access it from the iPhone via WiFi. I am not familiar with the relevant settings and apps for iOS, but in Android I use Cx File Explorer which can also access Windows shared folders via SMB (aka Samba).
