Solved Suppress the Suppression of Eventlog messages.

Okay the Saga continues...
When we last left things I was resolved to re install Windows 11 and I did and that is where things got even more interesting....
I booted onto my Windows 11 Install USB Stick and went through the process deleting all of the partitions on the M.2 leaving it blank and then letting windows set it up how it saw fit. I then just left Windows to it's on devices installing updates, at the end of which I ran a elevated command prompt and did an sfc /scannow which reported corruption... This is a brand new install. I checked the CBS.log and it was showing three blutooth device drivers and being corrupted one of which was bthcom I asked my friend who lives locally to check his machine which was recently installed and he also got a sfc error and when he checked his log found that bthcom was the culprit - tho he had one file affected as opposed to my three.
So Windows 11 it seems has installed on two machines with near identical corruption... Very odd.
I think also I have no found the source of the messages stating that it was suppressing messages, immediately after I installed the motherboard fan control software - Gigabyte Control Centre - I started getting theses messages over and over spamming the log.

I think this is what windows was hiding..

One of what was once many, I have given a lot of my computers away.
There were a large number of Gigabyte application / service problem reports with the new installation.

See if reinstalling the Gigabyte software makes any difference.

The AMD GPU was reported disabled.
Do you only use the Nvidia GPU?

Run:

If you use both GPU:

This deliberate, I went to device manager and disabled the APU for a test of the game Dishonored2 which is absolutely refusing to run, this was one of the suggested fixes to ensure it was using the correct display hardware which is in this case the nVidia discrete GPU.

Code:
Marvell AQtion 10GBASE-T Network Adapter PCI\VEN_1D6A&DEV_14C0&SUBSYS_E0001458&REV_03\8&AB3E9AD&0&004000400011 This device is disabled.

This is also deliberate as this computer has two NIC's one 1Gb for the internet and one 10Gb for a private internal network but having both running at once even though the internal network does not use a gateway confuses internet access.

Code:
Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x8024200B: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc - System - 2.2.0.124.

I fixed this manually by downloading and installing the device drivers separately.

I became aware of the Gigabyte errors and have tried uninstalling and re installing the GCC control software - that made no difference, in the mean time I have disabled it's ability to Autostart and put in a ticket with Gigabyte support as the log spamming was becoming ridiculous.
