SystemFileAssociations not showing in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT (Windows 11 Pro, 25H2)

system restore to a point before whatever tweak you made, or sfc /scannow, or DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

It's a 10 days brand new pc
The only installation I've made so far is MS Office

your image is corrupted, in that case.

no just run sfc and dism commands i listed from an elevated command prompt
