They do not allow you to unlock the task bar at this time so you cannot move it to top or sides.

All you can do is either keep it in the center or move it over to the left.. Shawn has a tutorial covering this.

Being a leaked release and not a official release I would wait to do any changes. MS may have a surprise for us on the 24th. We don't know for sure that Windows 11 is going to be the next release. I remember being all ready for Windows 9 and MS went straight to Windows 10.
