Taskbar troubles

Having problems with it for a while.
2 monitors, 27" with 1080p resolution, extend or duplicate, when TB is set to Automatic hide, all on the right just disappears until auto switched to off and than back to on. There's nothing on second monitor either.
Now it started doing another stupid thing, at my usual scale of 125%, if I switch auto hide to off it changes scale of whole desktop scrambling desktop icons all over the place.
Works OK only at 150% scale.

I do not use second monitor but it seems to be a common problem. Take a look at this thread and try suggestions that has worked for some, but not all. It seems that people in the dev channel do not experience the problem which would indicate it has been fixed so an update should be coming soon. Yes, it's all fine in insider Dev on same PC and same drivers. Btw, my problems are same with only one monitor too.
