Why cant i remove TEXT NOW in this settinhg
already uninstalled it in startup There is 2 textnow here no option to remove ?

Because application installers doesn't always clean up thoroughly. If you had use REVO uninstaller it may have caught that dross.

You could try reinstalling it and then uninstall using REVO

You are looking in wrong menu - you should be using installed apps e.g.

Since you no longer have the app, (or any other app), associated with that protocol, it becomes an empty protocol listing. Just leave it.
