Solved The Bluetooth Saga

UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE--The Bluetooth Saga for Me...
The dongle as previously discussed shows the following:usb.webp
My earbuds work and my mouse works HOWEVER the mouse is not connecting wirelessly. I think the DRIVER ERROR as shown in my attachment is the cause. I want to use wireless-ly --- can some kind soul take me down that road one more time...I've looked through past threads regarding this issue but did not see a cure. Thanks so much...

Remove the Bluetooth dongle. Go in Device Manager, select to also show hidden devices. Expand Bluetooth, click on each device and then press DEL to uninstall it. Remove all devices under Bluetooth branch. Restart, try to connect the dongle again. Also try a different USB port.

Questions: 1. click on each device and then press DEL to uninstall it. Don't wish to split hairs but I do not see a DEL -- when I click on item, uninstall is the option. So that is ok - we are uninstalling each item. Same as Delete I guess.
2. Remove all devices under Bluetooth branch. Since the first action uninstalled devices, don't get this one. Sorry for slow uptake.

Did all as recommended. Also using different port. No deal. Still shows Driver error -- Also, when I look at the Bluetooth listings in Device Mgr, it has an exclamation mark on the Bluetooth adapter entry -- I assume that is the dongle. Thanks for all the help.

Right-click on the Bluetooth device with the error, select Properties and see what the hardware IDs are (Vendor ID and Device ID). Google these to find drivers. You can also post them so we can help you.

This is the Chinese site for Barrot.com,

It's http and you need to translate it. You should be able to tick the driver's box and download and extract the .rar file. I've downloaded it and scanned with Malwarebytes and Defender and it's come out clean. Up to you to if you wish to try it.

Last word -- the mouse works fine using BT - but if I don't use it for a small period of time - no deal. Have to redo it. Works until I don't use it as I mentioned. The earbuds seem to hang in however. Here are a couba.webpple of SS's -- maybe a clue or two?
