This is a very small, yet quite important change.
Yesterday I got a cumulative update for .NET 3.5 and 4.8.1.
A slight change in the wording for the OS name in the CU's description caught my attention: "Windows Version Next".
The same .NET CUs for Windows 11 22H2 dev builds explicitly mention "Windows 11 Version Next" in their descriptions.
Now notice KB5016717's description... the "11" is gone.
This matches the pattern seen in latest Server LTSC builds -- "Windows Server LTSC Version Next".
The Win11 logo has been removed from the Alt+F4 shutdown dialog box.
As time goes on and more builds come out, we should start noticing the "Windows 11" name disappear from other parts of the OS as well.
