Thunderbird 115: CSS Customization

Yeah, I decided I like the "cards" view much more. Seems somehow more 20th century to me. (I didn't mean 21st.)

Using the calendar in v115.

Firstly a problem, the (new) task window is very big, indeed too big, the bottom is cut off and I can't resize down or up only across (wider or narrow). How to make it smaller please. The task window is so long that about a third of the bottom is not visible. See screenshot.
In fact the whole calendar page seems big, maybe it needs resizing, but how?

Secondly, the main calendar days background color is quite insipid. How can I change that to maybe a yellow color like this : lemonchiffon #FFFACD rgb(255,250,205), perhaps in my userChrome.css? The second screenshot has one day yellow, but I would like that to be for everyday.

Another query, sorry.

The box that appears when you go to Settings>Fonts and click advanced the usual box appears but has nothing there, except OK and Cancel!

Is this a bug?

Definitely. It's been noticed and recorded on the Bugzilla pages. Mine's a bit different from yours, but I think it's the same bug.

Thanks so much das10. Interestingly it only works for me when I select the smallest density. At first I thought it wasn't changing anything because I was using normal density. But in smallest density the 1.50em worked perfectly. I now have it just like 102. Thanks again.

Hi! Did anybody manage to modify the cards style? On my PC the unread and read emails have a very similar font weight, so I am looking to change that.
Just taking the elements from the dev tools did not help, also addressing the elements "globally" did nothing.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Okay, now I'm stumped. I have no idea how I made these look different on my two main machines with 115. I would welcome a solution, and I don't think it's in the CSS scripts, 'cuz I'm using the same scripts for both. What did I do/not do to make the second one a two-liner From?

@Edwin I'm beginning to wonder whether we're getting slightly different versions, depending on where and when we get them. This is spooky. I get some very different behavior from two installations a couple of days apart.

Mine is English (en-GB)

Version 115.01 released, do not know any changelog.

Got it and installed it on my tester. Chose the EN-CA edition, and didn't have to download the dictionary and language pack. I frankly don't see a whit of difference, but there's a change log at

Nope; both with it and without it, name and address are on two lines, with icons. Aaaargh!

But just on the test machine. Main driver is fine.

None of our bugs sorted then.

No. I'm still hoping to find the difference between the settings for the two-lines-plus-icon PC and the one-line-no-icons one.

I just wish somebody would come forward to say, "Hey! I've got the two-liner, too!"

Under the "More" button in Headers > Customize, are the settings the same on both PC's?
