Todo Backup askinf for WinPE

I am using Todo Backup for the first time, and it is asking for WinPE. However, other similar software doesn’t require this and can recover the system without any hassle.

All imaging softwares require that you create boot media in order to restore an image created with that software. Having an image does you no good if you have no way to restore that image..
