too many upgrades

i have windows 7 origianlly, upgraded to windows 10, then upgraded to windows11, the desktop is getting very slow, do i still need windows 10 installed? ive been everywhere trying to spped up the computer, updates etc..what can i do.? the computer doesnt show it is full.

What kind of specs are you working with?

As a first step run this tuneup.bat file. You'll have to unzip it first to get access to the batch file. The file takes a while to complete so be patient. It can take about 10 minutes.
For info: The file runs Windows commands sfc /scannow, DISM and Chkdsk in sequence. These look for and (hopefully) fix any errors in the operating system.
It's an easy first step to try.

If the PC could handle Windows 10, it ought to be OK with Windows 11. The differences between the two aren't major (in my opinion).

Filling in more of your system specs may be helpful. How much RAM do you have, for example?
