Top bar in a thick size for a second

When I start File Explorer, the top bar appears in a thick size for a second...

...until it becomes normal size. I'm running the latest Windows 11 beta version. Does anyone know how to fix this? It can't be a feature, right?

If you have any 3rd party tool that alters the GUI installed, I suggest uninstalling it.

Insider is basically a testing version, and it is known to have bugs and rough edges are expected. 23h2 is just around the corner, possibly less than a month away. If you wish you can unenroll your device from Insider and get the stable version when the next version of Windows releases.
