Total Storage in Windows "System" is inaccurate.

Maybe you left a 26.32TB Bluray disc in the BD player
:LOL:Haven't watched a Bluray on that thing in years. Last time I did it was the entire Matrix series.

Yeah, well. I recently got out of the hospital and I'm trying to take things easy so I'm messing about with "little" stuff and I just thought, "Hey, something here isn't quite right". I suppose I could blame it on the meds but still, one would think by now someone would have had some software or something that could reveal precisely how much total drive capacity a PC had at a glance. Perhaps I should toss that one out to ole Dave Plummer to include in his TMOG. Never hurts to ask. 😉

And it doubt they have 26TB BDs LOL

Brought this forward...

85.688 - 59.37 = 26,318
So you have a 26.32 discrepancy.
So you need to find what disk or disks (in diskpart), is giving you a 26.32TB discrepancy.

Interesting thing I noticed. 3 x 9TB = 27TB, and I've never heard of 9TB disks.
PCPartpicker, in the storage section, won't even let me choose 9000GB.
It jumps straight from 8000GB to 10000GB

ALSO... in your pic in post #9, I see 4 RAID disks. THAT could have something to do with the discrepancy.
I've never RAIDed anything, so I don't know how Diskpart calculates their sizes.

Google AI...

Diskpart does not calculate RAID sizes itself; it queries the logical volume size reported by the Windows Volume Manager or hardware RAID controller.

How RAID Size is Reported to Diskpart
    • Hardware RAID: A hardware RAID controller manages the array and presents a single, unified logical unit number (LUN) to Windows. Diskpart simply reads the total capacity exposed by this LUN via the operating system's storage driver.
    • Software RAID (Dynamic Disks/Storage Spaces): Windows Dynamic Disks or Storage Spaces handle the RAID logic (such as striped or mirrored volumes). Diskpart queries the Logical Disk Manager (LDM) or Storage Spaces API, which calculates the aggregate size based on the specific RAID rules (e.g., multiplying single-drive size by the number of drives for RAID 0, or halving it for RAID 1 mirrors), and displays that final usable capacity.
