Just an update, got a Gigabyte dTPM module and that has solved the problem.

Here is an update. Random restart happening as well as fTPM issue so disassembled the system and there's the issue, a few bent pins on the motherboard! I could have cried. Not to worry, even though it was my fault Scan here in the UK said they will cover costs as they like to build good customer relations. RMA and just a 3 week wait for a new board to arrive.
