Turn windows firewall on notifications

Hi. I have gone to settings and turned off Notifications. Dosen't make any diffrence. I still get them repeatedly.



Can someone help here?

I have done this but I am turning off Notify me when Defender blocks. As it is not turned on it would not block anyway. I have WD switched off.
