Hi,

My pc tech recommends to

1. Disable BITs service.
2. Change value of Local Machine > System > Control > Session > Memory management from default 3 to 1.

Logic behind it and should I?

Thanks.

Doesn't BITs play a significant role in Updates, Windows and MS store as well as data transfer prioritization

Disable BITs, what's the reasoning behind it?

I know that BITs is required for updating so is running......
Cannot locate the 2nd which he did revert to 1 from 3.

I just dont understand why, You have an 11th gen i7 and 16gb of ddr4 ram at 3200mhz, What kind of slowdown are you seeing? Are you having issues with load on the cpu or ram?
I would advise against touching things just for the sake of touching things. Leave it as is unless theres an issue with something and then troubleshoot accordingly.
Creating issues more issues than you're solving when i don't believe there were any real ones to begin with.
