Solved Two Application unstalling at once and two security solutions

Hi all
I have a issue when i uninstalled two application each time it removed k-lite codec with the media player each two times once time when i uninstalled a application pc restarted
without notice. the third time i uninstalled something it stayed. Also showing two security solutions even though i only have kaspersky installed in the registry the iolo antivirus is tied too endpoint security giving me no option to uninstall.

No need to be rude at all.It was just strange to have two applications uninstalled when i only went to uninstall one . One of the times it restarted the computer with no warning and the other time it did the same thing minus the restart was looking for help on what is going on . And the two av issue when i only installed kaspersky

its not normally advised to have two AV's on the same system they can conflict.
the uninstall anomaly maybe because they share some of the same files/folders DLL's

i would try Revo-uninstaller free which is well recommended for program/app removal.

Hi xxxxx I know as i only installed kaspersky and it telling me iolo on the window security centre and in the registry the iolo antivirus is tied too endpoint security giving me no option to uninstall.

i use revo-uninstaller in fact its the first program i install on Windows.

I tried revo and the link it the problem is no iolo products showing up in program files or the x86 one nor the program data

check your firewall and see if there is a iolo connection.
if there is block all connections iolo.
a restart maybe required, then see if it is still displayed on the system.

i found the folder it was called endpoint security i used revo to uninstall it as windows built in thing would not do that and now it is all fixed thanks
