Hi everyone,

I followed all the steps outlined in this guide, but without success.

For some reason, I have a list of words that I cannot clear, no matter what I try. I only use Microsoft Office and Edge, and the Edge dictionary list is blank as well.

Can anyone help? Screenshots are attached for reference.
