I bought 1TB external HDD and keep all Windows versions on it since Windows 7 including multiple versions of other tools like ADK, SDK, SQL servers, Office etc.
It's very good investment because it's easy to test stuff whenever and however you want, and you know it's all downloaded from MS and can sleep well.

Same here, first thing after log-in I check for updates in WU, MS store as well as MS Edge heh.
And at least once per month for all other programs.

In my own thread with issues, an in-place upgrade to the latest 22631.2792 fixed my issue as well.

I cannot emphasize enough just how much I love the in-place upgrade as a repair mechanism. Everything is exactly as it was before, but the broken bits are no longer broken, and what worked before still does.

Until WU goes and breaks something else!

I have 3x internal NVMe PCIe 4.x SSDs, each 2 TB. When I built the rig, I had 3x NVMe PCIe 4.x 1 TB drives.

I simply bought enclosures for the original 3x 1 TB drives, and they are now my external drives lol.

Also, regarding the OSs, I not only have the .ISOs:



But I also have them installed and running in VMs:



Makes it easier to test with, for one thing, and I can manipulate all of them simultaneously if need be.

Your PC is badass lol, I have max 3 VM's installed which I'm using regularly and plenty of vacant space with only 1.5 TB total space.
Space is useful to fill with VM disks if you can also run multiple VM's at once and have use of it somehow, I don't have much needs, except when it was for fun and learning

One of my recent jobs was teaching CompTIA Certification classes. Including using their old VM-based virtual labs.

I had need.

Now, it's mostly hobby lol. I like keeping abreast of the other builds.
