Unable to see all icons in taskbar

Windows 11 Pro ver 21H2
I am running Windows Pro 11 ver 21H2. In Win 10 I use to have a lot of icons on my task bar and could drag it up to be able to see all of them. I can't seem to do that with Win 11. What am I missing?

You can no longer drag to resize taskbar but you can make the icons on taskbar smaller which allows space for more to show.
