Try3 (Denis) recommended I create a new post here from:

Upon opening Outlook classic app on Win 11 Pro laptop:
PRODUCT NOTICE Outlook hasn't been activated. To keep using Outlook without interruption, activate before Tuesday, October 14, 2025 -- Activate button --
Summary: I only started accessing the Outlook apps to backup my mail to pst files since the webmail doesn't seem to permit this. But using the apps does, so I got what I needed, but the webmail UI changed to match that of the apps and It appears I will be forced to subscribe by tuesday in order to keep using my outlook mail! I just want my old basic Outlook.live.com UI back until I finish migrating elsewhere.
Outlook.live.com (what I'll refer to as webmail for now on) NOT MSOffice Outlook or the Outlook apps doesn't have an option to download pst files in settings, so I accidentally installed the new Outlook app and then reverted to classic app which was already on my system and I even installed officeSetup.exe at one point which I removed.
In the process of setting these apps up & logging in on my win 11 pro laptop -- including annoying Microsoft verify dialogs or whatever where they required my account PIN or to create one etc -- my outlook webmail UI has changed in appearance to match the apps UI no matter what pc or web browser i use. (except for access to import/export settings for pst files, of course!) And in order to use the app for messing with pst files, I was forced to select a 5 day trial (by the 14th) ie I couldn't just click off the dialog pop-up window and use the app for free to continue working with pst files.
So "in order to avoid service interupptions" it appears they're forcing me to pay now even to use the webmail unless this is just a spurious dialog I can ignore that only relates to using the app or if I can somehow undo all this mess and get back to the regular web version!
I need to continue to forward mails to my new email provider AND have access to my mail! and it would be nice if I could do this free as I have been using outlook.live.com for free all along.
And now I can't recall if the activation message ever appeared at Outlook.live.com on any PC/browser combination I have or just in the app!

Revert to Outlook.live web mail instead of the Outlook apps?
Hi, This is not about reverting from New Outlook app to the old "classic" one. I know how to do that and already have. Those tutorials are all over the web: My problem is I have been using the web version of outlook.live mail (whatever that is called) NOT the apps, but I accidentally...
