Unknown USB device (device descriptor request failed)

Exact same issue. Started 3 weeks ago. All my USB ports are working but I get spammed with unrecognised device connecting and disconnecting.
I see it in safe mode and even when there are 0 devices connected.

Last event for Unknown USB device (device descriptor request failed).

same here. also started happening recently. I have removed my PCIe extension card to 4 usb 3.0 via chipset and inserted in my 2nd PC with an older Windows 11 and it works fine there. I bet one of the recent updates broke smth
