Hello, I have an unusual problem, namely I have Windows 11 compilation insider 22538.1010 installed. For a month now, a window pops up with an unusual error every now and then. which is shown in the screenshot 1 I can't find the answer anywhere what it is about and how to solve it for windows 11.

One more question. Recently, I have a problem with the windows explorer. more precisely, the address bar is missing, no navigation buttons, etc., you can see for yourself on the screenshot 2. What could have caused such an error?

The devicecensus.exe causing the problem, it is making invalid Taskkill argument.

Did you make any changes to File Explorer, like disabling File Explorer Command Bar?

I didn't do anything like that because I installed GPEDIT.MSC. Perhaps you know which Group Policy Editor settings to check, perhaps in regedit, to fix this problem? Oh, and important information, initially I installed Windows 11 beta with build 10.0.22000.466, and after some time I decided to switch to the insider developer I currently have, ie 10.0.22538.1010. can it be important too?

oh and I have such updates currently as in the picture

And in both windows 10 and windows 11 I have a problem with some drivers. updating with windows update some may date 1967. So I update the drivers with the free iobit driver booster and maybe I have the wrong driver thrown in

Yeh, agree.

Give Malwarebytes a run too, just to double check. Install them separately and don't run them at the same time. Use RevoUninstaller to uninstall one before you install the other.

Whatever tool you use, do a full system scan. I would also update the malware definitions and then restart in Safe Mode to run the scan to make sure no malware runs in the background interfering with the scanner. To restart in Safe Mode, hold SHIFT, restart and select Troubleshoot-> Change Windows Startup behaviour.

ok then I have to download Superantispyware, update the viros database and then restart in safe mode and scan? ok just two questions. will downloading and updating not cause the virus to add itself to the exclusions? and the second, what if the system does not start after scanning? how to make backups on the system quickly? (because system recovery files can be deleted)?

That's why I recommended to run scan at safe mode, to avoid the malware affecting the process. If your system cannot start use a Windows 11 DVD or USB for repair. Post here to give you details.

Before you start running any diagnostic/troubleshooting/etc software you should always create a backup, even if that backup image does include the warts-and-all problem(s) you are trying to rectify.

Use Macrium Reflect (freeware, and use the version from MajorGeeks. That way, you won't have to give Macrium any details just for a free piece of software. You may have to run an update after installation)
Create a boot USB recovery (menu Other Tasks > Create Rescue Media)
Run MReflect and create an image of your drive to an external USB drive (not a flash drive!!). If you've got a lot of personal data stored locally (in Documents, Pictures, Music, Videos, etc) it will take some time and be a large file (hence not a flash drive)

Then knock yourself out with Superantispyware and Malwarebytes

Superantispyware usually finds the most malwares, but if you get too many results (over 250), you might want to run a second scanner, such as Malwarebytes Antimalware. This usually takes much longer than Superantispyware but it might find some malware not found before. If it too finds too many results, I would consider taking a backup and then format and do a new clean Windows installation.

Regarding to backups, DO NOT BACKUP YOUR WINDOWS FILES AND INSTALLED PROGRAMS!
They may be infected and your next install will be infected again.

If there was no malwares,

you were right about this virus. I started the computer in safe mode. the screen was blinking all the time, the Windows taskbar was not displayed. so the solution was to re-install the system thanks

Not altogether sure that sort of behaviour is confirmative of a virus, more like a borked system.

But system re-install was the way to go, in any case. You could have spent the next x days troubleshooting, malware checking/scanning .. etc etc

Good decision.

Now it's the time to make a backup drive image.
