Unusual start up this morning

I got what I call small Black screen of death windows\system32\power shell\1.0\powershell,exe-next line is OpenConsle.exe. I opened task manger right clicked end task. Restarted laptop that black screen did not reappear. Thought you should know I am running Win 11 Home 24H2 as far it's up to date.

You can download Autoruns and it will show you any apps that load with Windows and you can then eliminate anything you don't want or need.
