Your screenshot is from the PC Health Check app. That's just a tool to check for compatibility. It may well have a bug that's giving the wrong result. How long ago did you download it? You could try downloading the latest version and see if that's any more accurate.

In any case, the PC Heath Check is not what makes the decision of whether your PC can get Windows 11. The only thing that matters is whether the Windows 11 Setup.exe determines that it is a supported device.
Why not try an upgrade and find out? If you can get to Step 15 in this tutorial you'll know that your PC has been recognised as a supported device. You can safely cancel the upgrade at that point and it will have made no changes to your system.

- UPDATE - 11 April 2026: due to lid hinges starting to break up this laptop has been retired from active duty. The OS with all software and files has been migrated to my System Seven in 'Other systems' to carry on as my general purpose 'main machine'.
I've now clean installed 25H2 and used Garlin's scripts to update Secure Boot to CA 2023 and revoke the PCA 2011 certificates. It's new role is to test secure boot issues.
Info for 2021-2026:
fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October 2021 it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update, 24H2 on 3rd October 2024 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 24H2, and 25H2 on 30th September 2025 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 25H2.

Why should it be needed? PC Health Check is incorrect in saying that the cpu is unsupported, it passed on everything else (that we can see in the screenshot).
There's no reason to think that the Windows 11 install media would make the same mistake. It's worth trying the upgrade with a standard W11 ISO to find out. You can always cancel when you get to the 'Ready to install' stage.

There are many ways to bypass issues. Sometimes I just find that Rufus is easier than troubleshooting. it’s never failed me at least, under any circumstances. The OP can follow what they deem appropriate?

In this video, i will upgrade Windows 10 to Windows 11 on unsupported computer hardware. Although Windows 11 has a higher system requirement, you may still be able to perform an upgrade on an unsupported computer. The Windows setup has an “appraiser” service that checks to see if your computer meets the minimum hardware requirements for that version. It’s possible to replace the appraiserres.dll file in the Windows 11 setup with one from an older build of Windows 10. In order to replace the Windows 11 DLL with one from Windows 10, you’ll actually need the setup files for Windows 10.
