You are right @Berton it's what I did and the only RAM detected was the RAM from the detachable sticks.

Usually two slots under the keyboard and two slots under the back. Two on each side of the motherboard.

Unless it's a large 17"+ (aka desktop replacement) laptop, it is rather unlikely to have more than two RAM slots. They usually are both at the bottom, but I have seen models with one at the bottom and one under the keyboard. Maximum 16GB 99% means 2x 8GB modules, not 4x 4GB.

This is true but is what i got from CPUZ and the cmd query. Anyway at the end all is working good. Thank you again for your interest and help.

If I didn't want to open the laptop (not a simple cover, I would have to put out a lot of screws), I would double-check it with Aida64 which is a very reliable diagnostics tool. It can tell you many details about your computer, including the number of RAM slots (Motherboard -> Motherboard section) and the exact model of each module (Motherboard -> SPD section). However, you can visually confirm it if you open your laptop.

The Intel HM65 chipset in the laptop in theory could support four RAM slots. However, most laptops generally only have two RAM slots.
