When you clean install Windows 11, you get used to get an icon for the MS Chat app and the full MS Teams for company use.
I have registered for the free MS Teams service using my MS account. I can use full Teams for company use (using compamy email address).
I was a bit confused as I could not find the chat app on my current Host OS, and I could not see how to download it.
I logged in to Teams for Company use ok, then signed in. I tried to sign in using my MS account and it kept giving an unhelpful error "we cannot open Teams app".
I than made a good old Reflect Backup and reinstalled MS Teams. I then logged in to Company Teams again, but this time rather than signing out, I just selected link to use Teams for personal use (see below), and I could login to my personal Teams account.
In fact I could have both open at the same time (dangerous LOL).
So it seems, the MS Teams app is now dual purpose and not two separate apps (probably never was but looked like it).

From 12th April, the free business deals are ending, and you have to use the more limited Free Teams app.
It seems the free Teams will be limited to 1 hour, but it seems if you have a licence for MS Office 365 Personal or Family (which I do), the limit is 30 hours.
