Solved UUPdump current servicing session to be reloaded

Hi my dear friends

I’m using uupdump to create latest retail version of win11 (amd64)
It says:

“The changes due to package Package_for_ServicingStack_4933 requires the current servicing session to be reloaded.
All the packages will be processed again.”

What does this message mean? How can I make sure it processes them again?

Gave Dell touch screen with Windows 11 to daughter and got me an OTVOC. Being a PC builder I own many desktop PCs as well. I am a father of five providing PCs, laptops, and tablets for all my family, most of which I have modified, rebuilt, or simply built from scratch. I do not own a cell phone, never have, never will.

Mine said the same thing, but then it reprocessed all of them and was happy with the results. I ran it again with different settings on my secondary machine and it did the same thing.

Since April 2022, MS bundles a copy of the latest SSU version (at the time of release) inside the LCU file. This is so you have the minimum version of the Servicing Stack in order to apply the LCU.

UUP dump understands this and extracts the SSU automatically. If we're looking at build 26100.4946, for some reason UUP dump included the Aug 2025 SSU (KB5063878) as a separate update. This is probably wrong on UUP dump's end.

Is there anyway to contact the development team? I don’t know how I can tell them to check this but if you have a way to contact them please tell me or please tell them. You’re a pro user and know how to collaborate with them. Thank you my dear garlin

They have a Discord. The maintainers hang out on MyDigitalLife forum.

If it's an one-time glitch, it probably won't get fixed. If it happens again with future builds, someone will get around to it.

Dumb question, when the process finished, is the image usable? I'm not crystal clear on the exact process that they use to build the image. Just wondering if the image for build 26100.4946 is correct once the process completes?

Unfortunately I can’t use both of them. They block Iran ip and if I use a vpn they will recognize me as a bot. Maybe I’m not a human at all because I was born in iran💔

It happened on 4770 and previous version too.

I'm not the expert here, but I think it's OK.

When you apply the SSU twice, I think it marks some DISM state when it invalidates the previous results. Since the updates were installed in the first pass, re-applying them results in no new changes other than to satisfy the Servicing Stack logic.

Sounds right to me. ;-) Of course, I know I'm not an expert, so anything would probably sound good. :LOL: If I'm unlucky I'll have to use that image, otherwise I'll just move on to the next one as a backup.

Obviously, my first inclination would be to restore one of my weekly image backups in the case of a disaster anyway, the USB drive is a last resort.

UUP dump understands this and extracts the SSU automatically. If we're looking at build 26100.4946, for some reason UUP dump included the Aug 2025 SSU (KB5063878) as a separate update. This is probably wrong on UUP dump's end.

The reason that I suggested the Catalog is because I ran into a similar problem in May with an X299 (Intel platform). I can only speak from experience at best so-to-speak. Anyway if the issue is solved the matter is concluded. Sometimes stuff just happens. Ha! That should be my motto! 😎
